I have over 20 years of experience in technical and leadership roles, including 10 years as a Royal Navy electro-mechanical Marine Engineer. Since then, I’ve worked across Renewables, Manufacturing, and Utilities as a Senior Authorised Person, Authorising Engineer, and Engineering Manager, authorised up to 66kV and responsible for leading multiple Electrical Safety programmes.
Each month, our community comes together to collaboratively tackle the four key workstreams. These sessions are designed to be highly interactive, giving every participant the opportunity to share their knowledge, experiences, and insights, and to help shape practical actions that can be implemented across the industry. This is not a “we speak, you listen” call — it’s a true working session, where ideas are exchanged, challenges are discussed, and collective solutions are developed to continuously improve electrical safety practices.
